Long Doan is the Founder and CEO of Realty Group LLC, the Largest Independently Owned Brokerage in Minnesota, and last year REAL Trends 126th Largest Brokerage OVERALL in America, with over 600 Real Estate Professionals in multiple states and growing.
Long has been in the real estate industry for over 32 years, a highly coveted business coach, and a national speaker. He has also served on the board for many organizations. He is married to a beautiful wife with 3 amazing adult kids.
He is passionate about helping others, and enjoys traveling, golfing, and playing soccer.
Mindy Han Luong is a celebrated Real Estate Broker and Mortgage professional based in Westminster, California. With 23 years of experience, Mindy is the founder of HPT Realty & Finance, HPT Commercial where she and her talented team help customers all along California make their real estate dreams come true. She is also the founder of Mainstream Escrow, Inc., an independent escrow office in California.

Upon obtaining her license in 2002, Mindy 1st became affiliated with Century 21 Real Estate, where she earned many awards and was acknowledged as a highly skilled agent. In 2008, Mindy opened HPT Realty & Finance, which she named after and dedicated to her father, the incredibly talented artist Luong Truong Tho.

In the sixteen years since opening HPT's doors, the company has grown from one small office to a team of 200 agents in the iconic office on Bolsa Avenue, the center of Vietnamese community, serving clients from Orange County, Los Angeles to Sacramento and San Diego, on the pillars of hard work, joy, and unrelenting professionalism.

With over two decades of real estate success, Mindy expanded to the commercial division which she named HPT Commercial. She earned her CCIM designation in 2018.

Beyond her own success, her philosophy of growth is centered around her desire to make HPT's clients' dreams come true and help the community. In 2022, Mindy was the Founding President of VNARP SoCal. Together with her team, she continues the Legacy of the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals.
Paige Nguyen is a respected real estate professional and industry leader recognized for her commitment to advancing collaboration, innovation, and meaningful opportunities within the real estate community.

She currently serves as CFO of the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals National Board and previously served as President of the VNARP Silicon Valley Chapter. Through her leadership, Paige has played an instrumental role in strengthening professional networks, supporting organizational growth, and creating initiatives that empower real estate professionals and the communities they serve.

As Co-Founder and REALTOR® of Anchor Property Group, Paige combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in buying, selling, staging, design, and property preparation. Her comprehensive approach allows her to guide clients through complex real estate decisions while helping them maximize value and achieve their long-term goals.

Known for her integrity, attention to detail, and ability to bring people together, Paige leads with purpose and a strong commitment to service. Her dedication to excellence, community impact, and lasting relationships continues to distinguish her as a trusted advisor and influential voice in the industry.
Trang Dang-Le
Trang is the CEO and Co-Owner of ERA Empower Realty with over 15 years of experience.

She enjoys helping families & individuals achieve the American Dream of homeownership and entrepreneurship.
Connecting Buyers, Sellers, and Investors locally and globally, is what she does best. Trang serves and volunteers in many organizations. Currently, she serves as Director for the Multi-Ethnic Economic Development Center, Trang is the past President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America DFW Chapter, past Chairwoman for the Global Business Council of MetroTex Association of Realtors, past Chairwoman for the Collin County Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and past Vice President of Health Services of North Texas. In her spare time, she loves spending it with family and friends eating, traveling, and exploring the world.
